The Story So Far
Lombard Farm is a haven of peace and tranquility that was renovated in the early 2000s. The work was carried out with sustainability in mind and included the installation of solar power, solar thermal water heating, a bore hole and the planting of over 1500 trees, including an orchard.
In late 2016 Suzi and Patrick took over the reins aiming to continue in the same vein and have recently installed a ground source heat pump providing heating and hot water for the whole Farm
- the ethos stays the same, as does the beauty and peacefulness -
Angela, Patrick's sister, lives on-site and is always happy to help with information on local walks and things to do.
Katie and Tony keep the place running and looking lovely. Tony has been laying hedges and looking after the wildlife and trees on the farm now for some years. Do chat to him, he has some wonderful tales to tell.
Katie is fully qualified in aromatherapy, reiki, swedish massage and more. She lives in Fowey but is quite happy to pop over if you wanted to relax after a day walking the coastal path or start the day with some 'me' time! Details available from the welcome email.
A closeness with nature is at the heart of Lombard. We love to share this special place, so look out for shooting stars and listen to the birds and the local farm animals....
