In order to confirm your Booking, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit or full payment if booking within 10 weeks of the date of your check-in.

Your Booking is not confirmed until we receive payment of the deposit and send you a booking confirmation email.  This booking confirmation email will normally be sent out within 24 hours and will contain the details of your Booking and of payments made and due.

If you have not received your booking confirmation within the specified time, please notify us as soon as possible by email (

Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately. 


Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of any holiday after it has been paid in full and at a date 10 weeks or more in advance of your check in date, will result in forfeiture of your deposit (or an amount equivalent where one was not paid e.g. if the holiday was paid in full) and the balance being returned to you.

All monies paid for a holiday (deposit and balance) are non-refundable within 10 weeks before check in date.  We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance if you think that it is likely that you may cancel within this period.
