Cancellation Policy
COVID 19 POLICY:
Please note that if the Government re-instates travel restrictions preventing you from taking your holiday, we are happy to move your dates to ones that suit you, up to a year later than your original check in, or we will offer a full refund.
In all other circumstances, deposits paid are non-refundable.
Cancellation of any holiday after it has been paid in full, but more than 10 weeks before your check in date will result in forfeiture of your 25% deposit with the balance being returned to you.
All payments made (deposit and balance) are non-refundable if cancellation occurs 10 weeks or less before check in date.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance if you think that it is likely that you may cancel within this period.

Please note that arrival day is Friday for your stay in Orchard Cabin or Orchard Yurt. Arrival day for Meadow Hut is either Monday or Friday for a week or shorter stay.

In order to confirm your Booking, we ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit, then the remainder 10 weeks prior to arrival. If booking within 10 weeks of your check-in date we ask for full payment. We will send you our on-line banking payment details as soon as we receive your request to book.
Your Booking is not confirmed until we receive payment of the deposit and send you a booking confirmation email. This booking confirmation email will normally be sent out within 24 hours, often sooner and will contain details of your Booking and of payments made and due.
If you have not received your booking confirmation within the specified time, please notify us as soon as possible by email (wansteadflynns@gmail.com).
Please check your confirmation carefully and report any incorrect or incomplete information to us immediately.
